2. Eligibility and Use of Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction).

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and third-party platform rules. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorized access.


3. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

Our Services may allow you to connect accounts from third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • X (formerly Twitter)

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize us to access and process data as permitted by that platform and your selected permissions.

We do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, or actions. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies.


4. User Accounts and Authentication

You may be required to authenticate using a third-party account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.


5. Data Access, Use, and Privacy

We collect, use, and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you connect third-party accounts, we may access data such as:

  • Basic profile information

  • Public content

  • Media or metadata you choose to share

  • Platform-provided insights or analytics (if authorized)

We:

  • Do not post content without your explicit action or permission

  • Allow you to revoke access at any time through platform settings

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Violate third-party platform policies

  • Engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful behavior

You may stop using the Services at any time.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use of the Services is at your own risk.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social2 Gandaria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the past 12 months.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social2 Gandaria from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
